Product & Process Quality Assurance
Ensure conformance of metallic and composite skin parts to engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
Prepare inspection plans and review/approve First Article Inspection (FAI) reports as per AS9102 requirements.
Ensure compliance with aerospace standards and customer specifications.
Inspection & Verification
Conduct and supervise:
In-Process Inspection
Final Inspection
Customer Buy-Off Activities.
Hands-on knowledge of:
Faro Arm
Bar Scanner
Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge
Knowledge of Checking Fixtures.
