We are looking for an experienced and confident Telecaller with 2–4 years of experience in customer calling, lead follow-up, sales, or customer support. The ideal candidate should have excellent spoken English, strong communication skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Handle incoming customer calls and provide accurate information.
Follow up with leads and convert potential customers into business opportunities.
Explain products/services clearly and professionally.
Maintain regular follow-ups with customers through calls and messages.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, and sales targets.
Handle customer questions and resolve basic issues professionally.
Coordinate with the sales and customer support teams when required.

Requirements
2–4 years of experience as a Telecaller, Telecalling Executive, Telesales Executive, Customer Support Executive, or similar role.




Excellent spoken English and communication skills are mandatory.
Good Hindi/Odia communication will be an advantage.
Confident and qualified telephone manner.
Good convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM software.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Candidate
Has a explicit and pleasant voice.
Is comfortable making a high volume of calls.
Can communicate confidently with customers in English.
Has previous experience in sales, lead generation, or customer handling.
Is qualified, energetic, and positive in approach.
