Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute video editing workflows for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn to drive views and engagement
Edit, trim, add effects, and optimize high-quality videos, including reels, stories, ads, and long-form content tailored to brand voices
Monitor video trends, incorporate feedback, and enhance audio-visual elements to boost retention
Analyze performance metrics using tools like YouTube Analytics or platform insights, reporting KPIs to optimize edits.
Collaborate with marketing, HR, and client teams on cross-channel campaigns, ensuring compliance with Indian digital marketing regulations.

Required Qualifications
1+ years of hands-on experience in video editing, preferably in an agency handling hospitality, fashion, IT,



or education sectors
Proficiency in editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut) and motion graphics software.
Solid storytelling, pacing, and project management skills with a go-getter attitude for deadlines.
Excellent communication for client revisions and team coordination.
