Classroom Management:Maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning and active student participation.
Individual Support:Identify and address students' diverse learning needs, adapting teaching methods and providing individual guidance or extra sessions when necessary.

Instructional Duties
Engaging Instruction:Use varied teaching strategies and instructional materials to make lessons engaging and meet different learning styles.
Promoting Language Skills:Focus on developing students' speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills in the English language.




Fostering Critical Thinking:Guide students in critical analysis of literary works, such as poetry and different literary genres.

Professional Collaboration:Work with other teachers, department heads, and school administration to support overall student development and a cohesive educational experience.
