Key Responsibilities :
Provide day-to-day IT support to doctors, nursing staff, front office, billing, pharmacy, lab, and other departments.
Install, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, firewalls, and network security systems.
Monitor server performance, system backups, antivirus updates, and data security measures.
Handle hardware installation and troubleshooting (desktops, printers, scanners, biometric devices, barcode systems).
Coordinate with HIS vendors and third-party IT service providers for issue resolution and upgrades.
Ensure proper data backup, disaster recovery planning, and patient data confidentiality.
Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and AMC records.
Support CCTV systems, IP telephony, and access control systems.




Ensure compliance with NABH and hospital IT policies and standards.

Required Skills :
Solid knowledge of Hospital Information System (HIS)
Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Firewall basics)
Windows Server & Desktop Administration
Basic SQL/database knowledge
Troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
Understanding of data security and cybersecurity practices

Preferred :
Experience in NABH accredited hospital
Knowledge of biomedical equipment integration
Ability to handle emergency IT breakdowns
