Architect – Responsibilities
Design building plans and layouts.
Create drawings and 3D models using architectural software.
Meet clients to understand project requirements.
Ensure designs comply with building codes and safety regulations.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project teams.
Prepare project documentation, estimates, and specifications.
Supervise construction progress and resolve design issues.
Focus on functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability.

Key Skills
Architectural design and planning
Auto CAD, Revit , Sketch Up, or similar software
Project management
Communication and teamwork
Problem-solving and creativity
Knowledge of building regulations

Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.
