We are seeking a full time Telesales Representative to join our team at our in office location in Ahmedabad. The primary responsibilities include reaching out to potential customers, delivering sales pitches, providing exceptional customer service, and addressing questions about our eco-friendly products. The role also involves closely collaborating with the sales and customer support teams to meet and exceed sales goals while promoting our mission of sustainability.
Qualifications
Solid communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively
Proficiency in customer service and customer support for creating a positive client experience
Proven ability in sales and promoting products effectively to meet performance goals
Ability to participate in and carry out training for continuous improvement
Willingness and ability to participate in training to enhance product knowledge and selling strategies
Basic understanding of sustainability and eco-friendly practices is a plus.
Experience in a telesales or similar role is advantageous.
Proactive attitude, problem-solving ability, and a customer-oriented approach.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in sales are beneficial
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
