Job Summary : We are seeking friendly, energetic, and reliable individuals to join our ice cream team! As a Team Member , you’ll be the face of our brand—scooping delicious ice cream, creating memorable experiences for customers, and keeping our shop clean, fun, and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities :
Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
Scoop and serve ice cream, sundaes, shakes, and other menu items.
Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
Maintain cleanliness of the shop, including food prep and dining areas.
Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Support team members and assist with daily opening/closing tasks.
Promote current flavours, specials, and loyalty programs.

Qualifications :
Previous customer service or food service experience is a plus (but not required).
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
Comfortable working in a quick-paced setting.
