Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Café Staff to join our Quick Service

Restaurant (QSR). The role involves taking orders, preparing beverages/food, maintaining

hygiene standards, and delivering quick, friendly service to customers.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service
Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
Handle billing through POS systems and accept cash/UPI/card payments
Ensure quick service while maintaining quality standards

Food & Beverage Preparation
Prepare coffee, beverages, and food items as per standard recipes
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion size
Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines at all times

Operations & Hygiene
Maintain cleanliness of counters, equipment, tables, and service areas
Follow opening and closing procedures of the café




Assist in stock checking and replenishment
Minimize wastage and report shortages

Team & Compliance
Work collaboratively with team members during peak hours
Follow company policies, SOPs, and safety norms
Handle customer complaints politely and escalate when required

Requirements & Skills
10th / 12th pass (Hotel Management diploma is a plus)
Prior experience in café/QSR preferred but freshers welcome
Basic English/Hindi communication skills
Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
High energy, positive attitude, and customer-first mindset

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
