Job Title: Admission Counselor

Key Responsibilities
Counseling: Guide parents regarding admissions, school facilities, academic programs, and fee structure.
Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective parents and respond to admission inquiries.
Follow-up: Regularly follow up with interested parents and maintain records of inquiries.
Admission Closing: Convert prospective inquiries into confirmed admissions by addressing parents’ concerns and guiding them through the admission process.
Parent Coordination: Maintain professional communication with parents and provide timely admission-related information.
Admission Records: Maintain updated inquiry databases, call records, and admission status reports.





Working Schedule
Working Days: Monday to Sunday
Weekly Off: Tuesday
Working Hours: 9:15 AM – 5:15 PM
