We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our International Voice Process – General Insurance team. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling inbound and/or outbound customer calls, resolving insurance-related queries,



providing accurate information, and delivering a high-quality customer experience.
The ideal candidate should have robust English communication skills, good listening ability, a customer-oriented approach, and the flexibility to work in international shifts.

Handle customer calls for international clients professionally and efficiently
Understand customer requirements and help them with best available options
Adhere to process guidelines and quality parameters
Undergraduates - minimum 6 months of experience in international BPO is mandatory
Graduate Freshers can apply
1+years of experience in insurance domain is an additional benefit
Excellent verbal communication skills in English
