Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain the company's products or services.
Understand customer requirements and communicate information clearly in fluent English.
Follow up with leads, respond to basic queries, and support the conversion process.
Maintain accurate lead records and share updates with the sales team.




Work consistently toward daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Handle every customer interaction professionally and provide a positive experience.

Requirements
