Job Description (JD): Team Member - Ice Cream Parlor

Position : Team Member Industry : QSR / Ice Cream Parlor Location : Chennai Reports To : Store Manager

Roles & Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and take orders efficiently.
Prepare and serve ice cream, sundaes, shakes, and other menu items as per company standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter, seating area, and equipment.
Handle billing and operate the POS system.
Ensure proper display and stocking of ice cream products and toppings.
Assist in inventory management and report stock shortages.
Follow food safety and quality standards at all times.
Support team members during peak hours to ensure smooth operations.
Handle customer queries and resolve complaints politely.





Requirements :
Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass.
Valuable communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Positive attitude and teamwork mindset.
Prior experience in QSR, café, or ice cream parlor is preferred.
