We are looking for a agile and enthusiastic Business Development Associate (Fresher) to join our team. This is a target-based role where you will be responsible for connecting with potential students, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward the right programs.

Key Responsibilities :
Connect with potential leads through calls and follow-ups
Understand student requirements and suggest suitable courses/programs
Convert leads into successful enrollments
Maintain and update data in CRM systems
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
Provide end-to-end support to students during the admission process

Requirements :
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with calling and target-driven setting




Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM tools
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred :
Freshers are welcome
Immediate joiners preferred

Job Type : Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Chandigarh, Chandigarh (Chandigarh): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
