Qualifications
Demonstrated experience building scalable, maintainable applications (modular design, reusable components, and clean API boundaries).
Robust problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex issues, communicate root cause, and deliver pragmatic fixes.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams with explicit delivery commitments (sprint planning, estimation, demos, and retrospectives).
Team-oriented mindset: partner effectively with QA, product, and operations to deliver features end-to-end.
Ability to produce clear technical documentation (API notes, runbooks, and support handoffs).
