Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to support our international house accounts. The role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving service and product issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience via phone and email. This position is ideal for professionals with BPO voice experience looking to grow into account management roles.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls and emails professionally.
Resolve issues by identifying causes and providing timely solutions.
Maintain and update customer account information.
Escalate complex problems to the appropriate team.




Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-ups and proactive support.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve service processes.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (any discipline).
4–6 years of experience in international BPO (voice process).
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Robust problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of logistics, invoicing, or barcode/retail business is a plus.
Ability to work night shifts and handle high-pressure situations.
