Role Overview

We are seeking motivated Customer Success Interns who will support the client success and project management team. This role offers a great opportunity to learn how client relationships are managed, how digital products are deployed across platforms, and how structured project execution works in a SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities (as an Intern)
Assist the customer success team in managing client communications and maintaining solid client relationships.
Support coordination with internal teams (development, QA, design, operations) to ensure smooth project execution.
Help in preparing and documenting Minutes of Meetings (MoMs) for client calls and follow up on assigned tasks.




Track project timelines and deliverables under the guidance of the project manager.
Provide assistance in monitoring project status and identifying potential risks or blockers.
Support in ensuring clients adopt and effectively use Mogi IO’s solutions.

Requirements :
Current student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, Project Management, or related fields. :
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
Eagerness to learn about client success, project management, and SaaS platforms. :
Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Trello, MS Teams.
Proactive, enthusiastic and a team player.

Pay: ₹144,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
