Core Responsibilities
Network Expansion : Build, expand, and manage a distributor, dealer, and retailer network across designated regions.
Target Achievement : Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets; monitor the team's performance and ensure consistent revenue growth.
Key Account Management : Establish and nurture direct relationships with major B2B clients, contemporary trade outlets, and supermarket chains.
Trade Execution : Ensure the "3As and a V" framework is successfully met: Availability, Acceptability, Affordability, and Visibility across all retail touchpoints.
Qualification and Requirement :
Minimum 2 -3 year experience in sales and marketing.
Minimum Graduate in any Stream.
Pay: ₹12,545.25 - ₹26,500.00 per month
