This is a unique chance to work closely with direct clients while managing the full recruitment cycle.

Implement cutting-edge recruiting strategies to attract top aerospace talent through platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels.
Candidate Evaluation: Screen and assess candidates for specialized aerospace positions, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process end-to-end, from sourcing to onboarding.




Stay updated on aerospace trends to provide clients with market insights and strategic recommendations.

2 to 4 years of recruitment experience (aerospace industry preferred).
Proven experience in managing direct client relationships.
Solid knowledge of technical roles and aerospace skill sets.
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter , ATS (preferably Ceipal ), and other recruitment tools.
