What You'll Be Doing
Handle inbound customer support calls from US telecom customers
Resolve customer queries with professionalism and empathy
Maintain high customer satisfaction and quality benchmarks
Contribute to a high-energy international BPO workplace

Who We're Looking For
Minimum 12th Pass




At least 1 year of experience in International Voice Process (Inbound experience is mandatory)
Robust verbal English communication skills
Willingness and comfort working night shifts :
Basic computer and internet proficiency

Work Details
Process : International Voice (US Telecom)
Shift : Night Shift
Working Days : 5 Days/Week + Rotational Week Off
Work Mode : Work From Office
Locations : Noida / Pune (Hinjewadi)

ASSESSMENT IS MANDATORY — ALL CANDIDATES MUST COMPLETE THE ASSESSMENT TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
