Responsibilities :
Order Management : Process orders, create shipping labels, assign shipments, and ensure timely delivery to customers.
Customer Support : Handle incoming calls and assist both existing and recent customers with their queries.
Inventory Management : Maintain and update inventory through the company’s central portal.

Requirements :
Valuable communication skills.
Ability to handle customer calls professionally.
Graduate in any stream.
Must be fluent in Hindi and English (spoken and written).

Pay: ₹14,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
