Uber is hiring for the role of Applications Developer I!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:
Build high quality integrations on top of the Inventory and Catalog platform
Collaborate closely with the rest of Catalog Engineering team on the Product Engineering side, and with Partner Management and Partner Engineering on the local operations side
Stay accountable for the ongoing quality of the catalog integrations, rotating on the respective on-call responsibilities
Timely and reliably respond to maintenance requests for our live integrations
Identify gaps in the existing catalog model and suggest improvements in order to ingest all partner provided data

Requirements:
Highly proficient coding skills in at least one agile language (python preferred)
Solid written and verbal communication skills, in English.
Attention to detail in a highly technical setting
Process driven. Discipline in executing well established processes.
High level of autonomy and ability manage multiple projects at a time
