Key Responsibilities
Handle international customer interactions via voice calls and chat :
Resolve customer queries related to products, orders, returns, and services
Ensure high-quality communication and customer satisfaction
Accurately document customer interactions and follow up when required




Adhere to company policies and service standards

Eligibility Criteria
Communication : Excellent spoken and written English
Willingness to work night shifts with a rotational week off

Salary & Benefits
Salary : Up to ₹33,000 CTC per month
Cab Facility : Available for female employees during night shifts
