Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about products or services.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
Explain product features, offers, and perks to customers.
Generate leads and convert them into sales or appointments.
Maintain a database of customer information and update call records.
Follow up with customers for feedback, payments, or service updates.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
Coordinate with the sales or field team when required.

Required Skills :
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, data entry).
Ability to handle customer queries and complaints.
Robust listening and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in Hindi and basic English (local language preferred).

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
