Make outbound calls to potential customers and businesses.
Introduce company services and explain their benefits.

Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Requirements :
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
Robust convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Positive attitude and professional approach.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer support, or lead generation.
Experience in digital marketing or IT services industry is a plus.
