A Telecaller in the mobile/communications sector is responsible for contacting customers by phone to promote mobile products, telecom services, and support customer queries.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers to promote mobile phones, SIM cards, and telecom plans .
Explain product features, pricing, and available offers.
Generate sales leads and appointments for the sales team.
Answer customer inquiries about mobile devices and communication services.
Maintain records of calls and customer information in the system.
Follow up with potential customers to close sales.
Handle customer complaints and provide basic support.
Achieve daily or monthly calling and sales targets .

Qualification
Graduate :
Experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales preferred.
