Manage admission leads and convert enquiries into enrolments.
Maintain accurate enrolment data and reporting systems.
Assist in developing enrolment campaigns and outreach programs.
Coordinate with academic teams to support admission approvals.
Conduct follow-up communications to ensure enrolment completion.
Provide excellent customer service during the enrolment process.
Monitor enrolment performance and identify improvement prospects.
Participate in student engagement activities and events.
Ensure compliance with enrolment policies and procedures.
