About Carryall Packaging

Carryall Packaging is a leading provider of premium and customized packaging solutions, specializing in luxury paper bags, shopping bags, gift packaging, and branded packaging products. We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who can ensure excellent customer service and maintain solid relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, order status, and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with sales, production, and dispatch teams to ensure timely resolution of customer queries.
Process customer orders and maintain accurate records in the system.
Follow up with customers regarding quotations, approvals, payments, and deliveries.
Address customer complaints professionally and ensure prompt resolution.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on customer interactions and order status.




Support the sales team with documentation and customer communication when required.

Requirements :
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support, customer service, sales coordination, or a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in packaging, printing, manufacturing, or related industries will be an advantage.
Familiarity with CRM software and order management processes.
Customer-centric approach with attention to detail.
