JOB SUMMARY : Executive Administrator (Executive Admin) supports senior management and helps keep office operations organized. Here are the main roles and responsibilities :
Administrative Support
Manage daily office operations :
Prepare documents, reports, and presentations :
Maintain files and records :
Handle confidential information
Calendar & Meeting Management
Schedule meetings and appointments :
Manage executives’ calendars :
Arrange meeting rooms and agendas :
Take meeting minutes
Communication Handling
Coordinate communication between departments and management :
Draft letters and official documents
Travel & Event Coordination




Arrange travel bookings (flights, hotels, transport) :
Organize company events or meetings :
Prepare travel schedules and expense reports
Office Coordination
Manage office supplies and vendors :
Support HR or finance teams with administrative tasks :
Ensure smooth workflow and office efficiency
Data & Report Management
Maintain databases and records :
Prepare monthly or weekly reports :
Track projects or tasks for executives
Confidential Support
Handle sensitive company information :
