A Sales Executive (also known as a Business Development Executive) is responsible for driving company revenue by finding recent prospects, closing deals, and maintaining client relationships. Core Responsibilities
Lead Generation : Identify recent business opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, and social media.
Sales Presentations : Set up meetings with potential clients to demonstrate products or services and address their specific needs.
Negotiation & Closing : Negotiate prices and terms to close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and company profitability.
Relationship Management : Build and maintain long-term rapport with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Market Analysis : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve sales strategies.
Reporting : Prepare frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data for management.





Key Skills & Qualifications
Experience : Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar customer-facing role.
Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively pitch and persuade.
Technical Proficiency : Hands-on experience with CRM software (like Salesforce or HubSpot) and MS Office.
Resilience : Ability to handle rejection and remain self-motivated in a high-pressure, results-driven setting.
Education : A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is typically preferred, though some roles accept high school diplomas with significant experience.
