Key Responsibilities :
Product Demonstrations :
Conduct detailed and engaging product demonstrations for potential and existing clients including our Internal Team.
Highlight key features and perks, addressing any questions or concerns during demonstrations.
Training :
Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions to clients and internal teams.
Create training materials and documentation to support ongoing learning and product usage.
Client Support :
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
Communication :
Communicate effectively in English, Hindi and Marathi with clients and team members.
Ensure clear, concise, and professional interactions in all communications.
Operational Support :
Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.

Qualifications :
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, BTEch or a related field with SAAS exposure.
Experience :
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in operations, customer service,



or training.
Skills :
Excellent communication skills in English,Hindi and Marathi.
Strong presentation and training skills.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Attributes :
Experience with CRM software preferably SAAS oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
