Job Summary : As an Air Ticketing Executive, you will manage domestic and international flight bookings for clients. Your role includes understanding customer requirements, issuing tickets, managing cancellations or rescheduling, and providing top-notch support to ensure smooth travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities :
Handle inquiries for domestic and international flight bookings.
Issue, modify, and cancel tickets through GDS (Global Distribution Systems) or airline portals.
Assist clients in selecting flights based on their schedule and budget.
Ensure accuracy in booking details such as passenger names, travel dates, and flight itineraries.
Provide guidance on baggage policies, airline regulations, and travel requirements.
Handle refunds and rescheduling requests efficiently.
Stay updated with airline policies, fare changes, and promotions.
Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly resolving any issues or concerns.
