Role Overview : The GRE (Guest Relations Executive) Hostess is responsible for creating a warm first impression for guests and ensuring a smooth guest experience from arrival to seating. The role focuses on guest engagement, table management, and coordinating with service teams to maintain high hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities :
Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
Manage reservations, waitlists, and table allocations efficiently.
Escort guests to their tables and introduce the assigned service staff.
Maintain accurate guest records and reservation logs.
Handle guest queries, special requests, and feedback professionally.
Coordinate with service and floor teams to ensure smooth guest flow.
Ensure the entrance and reception area are presentable at all times.




Assist in managing peak-hour guest flow and waiting experience.

Requirements :
Prior experience in hospitality, restaurants, or microbrewery operations preferred.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Presentable personality with a guest-first attitude.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of reservation systems and MS Office is an advantage.
