Key Responsibilities
Handle customer interactions professionally over calls
Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve customer queries
Negotiate payment plans while maintaining customer relationships
Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Prior experience in customer service, collections, or voice process preferred
Ability to handle challenging conversations with professionalism
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in a target-driven setting
Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
Shift Details
8-hour work shift
Rotational shifts/week offs as applicable
