About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and seat guests in a warm and skilled manner.
Present menus, explain dishes and beverages, and assist guests with their selections.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen team.
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation and service standards.
Ensure guests are comfortable throughout their dining experience and promptly address any requests or concerns.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
Coordinate with the kitchen and cashier teams to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Assist in setting up and closing the dining area as per operational requirements.
Follow hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
Uphold the values and service standards of The Big Bull Feast.

Eligibility




High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Prior experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality workplace is an advantage, though freshers with a positive attitude are welcome to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Team player with a skilled appearance and customer-focused approach.
