About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day clinic operations and ensure smooth functioning of the center.
Welcome patients and provide a positive experience throughout their treatment journey.
Build strong relationships with patients and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
Guide patients regarding available treatment plans and services based on their needs.
Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and patient communications.
Monitor patient retention initiatives and improve engagement through regular follow-up.
Support the clinic team in achieving operational and business objectives.
Handle patient concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with clinic policies and procedures.
Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and support staff to deliver quality patient care.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.




Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1+ years of experience in clinic management, healthcare, wellness, skincare, aesthetics, hospitality, or customer service industries.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage teams and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Customer-centric approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
