Key Responsibilities
Handle travel inquiries and assist clients with domestic and international travel bookings.
Plan and customize travel itineraries, tour packages, and hotel bookings.
Coordinate flight, hotel, and transportation arrangements.
Provide accurate information about travel destinations, packages, and pricing.
Maintain client records and follow up with customers for confirmations and feedback.
Resolve travel-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills :
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of travel booking systems (MMT, TBO, Explicit trip and GDS software) and MS Office
Ability to handle multiple bookings and travel queries
Good negotiation and coordination skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Job Types : Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
