Officer - Sales

Reporting To: Senior Relationship Manager / Branch Manager

Key Deliverables
Achieve CASA targets, account numbers, and productivity goals.
Meet Fixed Deposit (FD) targets in terms of numbers and value.
Ensure at least one FD is booked in every current current account within 60 days.
Understand customer requirements and avoid mis-selling.
Ensure zero documentation errors or rejections.
Achieve fee income targets within assigned catchment.
Ensure adherence to KYC & AML guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct catchment mapping to identify potential customers.
Organize and participate in lead generation activities and campaigns.
Handle branch leads and ensure closure.




Build and maintain solid relationships with customers for business growth.

Daily Activities
Update daily sales reports (DSR).
Execute planned activities with Branch Sales Manager/Branch Manager.
Stay updated on product features, FD rates, and market trends.
Track competitor activities and identify prospects.

Qualifications & Skills

Education :Graduate (mandatory)

Skills :Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, communication skills, and customer service orientation.

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
