Role : Executive - Client Service Experience : 0- 2 years Job Purpose : To serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery and adherence to defined standards.

Key Responsibilities :
Act as the first point of contact for clients, delivering excellent customer service and enhancing the overall client experience.
Maintain accurate documentation and secure records from clients.
Conduct employment verifications via calls or online channels as per client requirements.
Coordinate with HR, Directors, and other officials for verification processes.
Handle client queries and manage escalations effectively.
Ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards and targets.

Qualification : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Graduation/Post Graduation)

Job Types : Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
