Coordinate between field sales team and head office.
Prepare daily reports and schedule meetings.
Receive and check orders (profiles, glass, fittings).
Coordinate with production and dispatch for on-time delivery.
Keep customers updated about their order status.
Prepare quotations for customers.
Maintain all documents and records properly.
Answer inquiries from architects, contractors, and dealers.
Follow up for pending payments.
Ensure samples and brochures are available in the showroom.
Keep checking stock regularly.
Build positive relationships with existing customers.
Bring current business from projects and site visits.
Submit weekly reports to the manager.
