Position: Teacher
Key Responsibilities

Academic Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons according to the prescribed curriculum.
Develop lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessment materials.
Complete syllabus within the stipulated time frame.
Prepare students for internal and external examinations.
Student Development
Monitor and evaluate student progress regularly.
Maintain discipline and ensure a positive classroom workplace.
Provide guidance and counselling to students when required.
Encourage participation in co-curricular and extra-curricular activities.
Identify slow learners and provide remedial support.
Assessment & Records
Conduct tests, exams, and assignments as per school guidelines.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, marks, and performance.
Submit reports and results on time.
Participate in parent-teacher meetings and provide progress feedback.

Administrative Duties
Follow school policies, rules, and code of conduct.
Attend staff meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
Assist in school functions, events,



and examination duties.
Maintain classroom cleanliness and teaching materials.
Professional Conduct
Maintain punctuality and regular attendance.
Dress appropriately as per school guidelines.
Maintain respectful communication with students, parents, and colleagues.
Uphold the values and reputation of the institution.
Qualifications & Skills Required
Physics: M.Sc BEd) - 1
Mathematics: (M.Sc BEd) - 2
English: (M.A BEd) - 1
Punjabi: (M.A BEd) - 1

Music
Instrumental - Graduate - 1
Pre-School Teachers - 2

REQUISITES
Robust communication skills (written and verbal).
Valuable classroom management skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Working Hours

As per school timing and academic calendar.
Performance Evaluation

Performance will be evaluated based on:
Student results and classroom management
Professional behaviour and punctuality
Contribution to school activities

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
