Key Responsibilities
Supervise overall hospital operations during night shifts
Manage reception/front desk activities including patient registration and inquiries
Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and emergency cases
Maintain records of admissions, discharges, and night reports
Handle patient attendants and ensure discipline within hospital premises
Monitor security and ensure safety protocols are followed
Attend and respond to emergency situations efficiently
Ensure proper handover to day shift staff

Eligibility Criteria
Preference : Ex-Military Personnel
Age : 40 to 45 years
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
Robust discipline, leadership, and communication skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, hospital software preferred)
Ability to handle emergency situations calmly
