Job Summary : Key Responsibilities :
Supervise daily store operations and staff activities
Maintain accurate inventory records (inward & outward)
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment
Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for deliveries
Ensure proper storage, handling, and labeling of materials
Maintain documentation such as GRN, invoices, and stock registers
Minimize wastage, pilferage, and stock discrepancies
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
Prepare reports on inventory, consumption, and stock movement
Requirements & Skills :
Proven experience in store or inventory management (hospitality/retail preferred)
Knowledge of inventory management systems / ERP
Robust organizational and record-keeping skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
Good communication and leadership skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Working Conditions :
Rotational shifts, including weekends if required
Fast-paced operational environment
