Core Responsibilities
Instruction & Demonstration : Teach essential techniques including hand-building (pinching, coiling, slab-work), wheel-throwing , glazing , and surface decoration .
Curriculum Development : Design age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards or studio goals, often integrating art history and theory.
Studio Management : Maintain equipment like pottery wheels and kilns, manage inventory of clay and chemicals, and ensure a clean, organized workspace.
Technical Operations : Oversee the critical firing process , which includes loading, programming, and unloading kilns safely.
Student Assessment : Provide constructive feedback on student projects, evaluate technical progress, and mentor individuals to help them find their unique artistic voice.
Health & Safety : Enforce strict safety protocols for handling hazardous materials (like glaze chemicals) and operating high-temperature kilns.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
