Duties
Manage relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide expert guidance on employment & labor law compliance.
Lead employer branding initiatives on social media platforms to enhance our talent attraction efforts.
Negotiate employment contracts and offers while ensuring alignment with company policies and legal standards.
Coordinate employee orientation sessions and assist in employee evaluation processes to support onboarding and retention strategies.





Requirements :
Proven experience in recruiting, including technical recruiting, executive recruiting, and internal recruiting.
Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Lever, Workday, Taleo, or iCIMS; experience with HRIS systems like SAP or UltiPro is a plus.
Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliant hiring practices.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Experience with social media management for talent sourcing and employer branding campaigns.
Demonstrated ability in relationship management, research techniques, and lead generation strategies for effective recruitment pipelines.
