Job Title : Sales Assistant - Art & Craft Store

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service
Welcome customers warmly and assist them in finding art and craft supplies.
Provide accurate product information and recommendations.
Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Sales & Promotion
Actively promote store products and assist in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
Inform customers about new arrivals, offers, and featured products.
Encourage customers to explore creative materials and tools available in the store.

Store Operations
Process sales transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
Handle cash, digital payments, and provide correct billing.

Stock & Inventory Management
Monitor stock levels and replenish shelves when required.
Assist in receiving and organizing new inventory.
Ensure products are neatly arranged and properly displayed.

Store Maintenance
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store at all times.




Ensure display areas, shelves, and counters remain tidy and visually appealing.
Support general upkeep of the shop environment.

Requirements :
Valuable communication and customer interaction skills.
Basic understanding of sales and retail operations.
Ability to handle billing and POS systems.
Organized, responsible, and attentive to store cleanliness.
Interest or knowledge in art and craft materials is a plus.
