Job Overview : We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Store Assistant to join our saree retail store. The role involves assisting customers in selecting sarees, maintaining store presentation, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities :
Greet and assist customers in a warm and qualified manner.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable sarees. (fabric, design, occasion-based)
Assist customers in draping/displaying sarees when required.
Maintain cleanliness and visual merchandising of the store.
Manage folding, stacking, and organizing saree inventory.
Support billing and checkout process.
Handle customer queries and provide product knowledge.




Assist in stock management and inventory checks.

Help in achieving daily/weekly sales targets.

Required Skills :
Positive communication skills (Hindi + Marathi speaking; basic English preferred)
Strong customer service attitude.
Interest in fashion, especially ethnic wear/sarees.
Basic understanding of fabrics (silk, cotton, chiffon, georgette, etc.)
Ability to handle multiple customers during peak hours

Job Types : Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,254.47 - ₹10,000.00 per month
