Accounts Receivable with 3+ years of work experience required in a CPA firm having operation at Dahisar, Mumbai

Timing: 7 pm to 11 pm

JD:
Handle end-to-end US Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes including invoicing, collections, vendor payments, and reconciliations
Generate and process customer and vendor invoices
Monitor aging reports, follow up on outstanding balances, and resolve billing or payment discrepancies
Prepare and execute payments via ACH, wire transfers, and checks in compliance with company policies
Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end closing activities
Use accounting software and MS Excel effectively

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
