Greet customers and understand issues with their motorcycles/scooters.
Open job cards and record customer complaints accurately.
Explain service requirements, estimated costs, and delivery timelines.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure proper diagnosis and repair.
Keep customers updated on service progress and any additional work needed.
Deliver vehicles after service, explaining work done and billing details.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure satisfaction.
Promote AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), service packages, and spare parts.
Maintain service records and follow dealership processes.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
