Qualification : Diploma or BE Mechanical or Fabrication

Experiance :2 to 10 Years In Heat Exchanger, Storage tank and Pressure Vessel manufacturing Industry

Key Qualifications & Requirements
Education : B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Chemical Engineering.
Experience : 3 to 7 years of core experience in chemical process operations, plant commissioning, or equipment manufacturing.
Key Skills :
Proficiency in handling mass transfer, heat transfer, and vacuum systems.
Robust understanding of process equipment design parameters, P&IDs; (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams), and mass balance.
Proven track record in maintaining safety standards, optimizing production yields, and troubleshooting shop floor operations.




Ability to lead a team of operators and technicians effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee daily production schedules and ensure output meets strict quality parameters.
Monitor unit operations (distillation, evaporation, extraction) and maintain process efficiency.
Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions swiftly to minimize downtime.
Enforce rigorous safety protocols, including work permits, hazardous material handling, and PPE compliance.
Coordinate cross-functionally with QA, Maintenance, and Logistics teams for smooth plant operations.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
